Price of 2010 Infiniti FX

Infiniti today announced pricing on the 2010 Infiniti FX, on sale now at Infiniti retailers nationally. The second-generation FX entering the second year of production in 2010 as one of the most radical expression of sport and the tools available today. It is offered with a choice of 390-horsepower 5.0-liter DOHC 32-valve V8 (FX50) or with 303-horsepower 3.5-liter DOHC 24-valve V6 (FX35), together with available Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (standard on FX50).

Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP) * for the three available 2010 Infiniti FX models are:

FX35 RWD $ 42,400
FX35 AWD $ 43,850
FX50 AWD $ 58,400

For 2010, changes to the Bluetooth standard includes FX Hands-free Phone System on all models, the addition of a standard USB connection port for iPods and other compatible devices, additional 2.0GB Music Box hard drive to a premium Bose audio system (on vehicles without navigation) and simplified exterior / interior color combinations. FX’s available Infiniti Hard Drive Navigation System has been upgraded for 2010 with the addition of in-dash single-disc DVD audio / video drives, streaming audio via Bluetooth, the Zagat Restaurant Guide and XM NavWeather (together with the previously available XM NavTraffic).

Bottom FX dramatically styled exterior, all models equipped with a standard 7-speed automatic transmission, double wishbone front / multi-link rear suspension and large 4-wheel disc brakes. FX also offers available Continuous Damping Control (CDC) ®, Rear Active Steer, Intelligent Brake Assist (IBA) and 21-inch super lightweight aluminum-alloy wheels designed by Enkei. Solid magnesium paddle shifters are available in the FX50 Sport Package.

Inside, the FX interior provides a warm, inviting environment highlighted by a driver-oriented cockpit with intuitive controls, available sport seating and advanced audio, navigation and technology ranging from a 11-speaker Bose-developed audio system to Infiniti Intelligent Key, available Intelligent Cruise Control (Full-Speed Range) and available Around View Monitor system.

FX drivers available include Distance Control Assist (DCA), which helps reduce the burden of driving in heavy traffic by intuitively push the driver to release the throttle and apply the brakes to maintain the distance to the vehicle ahead; Lane Departure Warning (LDW) and Lane Departure Prevention (LDP) system that helps drivers who responded to the departure point is not desirable; and Intelligent Brake Assist (IBA) with Forward Collision Warning (FCW), which helps to remind drivers that a collision may occur and provide automatic braking to help reduce the risk of injury if a collision is unavoidable.
