The Korean car manufacturer Hyundai will offer the new Genesis Coupe from autumn 2010 on the German car market. The dynamic coupe to attract new customer groups and in particular to help enhance the image. The Genesis is equipped with a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder equipped Turbobaggregat, the proud 210 hp gets to the asphalt.If this is too little yet that can also draw on an optional 303-hp 3.8-liter V6 gasoline engine. The Genesis coupe is available with a manual 6-speed manual or a 6 matic from ZF.
In the U.S., the 2 +2- seater with rear-wheel drive is already on the market and enjoys great popularity there.
Whether it can establish the Hyundai coupe on the German car market, remains to be seen, especially as the competition with the Audi A5 or BMW 3 Series coupe is very large. What will cost exactly the Genesis, is also not yet clear.
