
Maserati has submitted an updated version of one of its most famous car: based on the Sport GT S model, here is the Maserati Quattroporte Sport MC Line, luxury sedan modified by the intervention of the sports department Maserati Corse. Most of the changes concern the interior especially the extensive use made of carbon fiber instead of the usual wood on the dashboard, center console and rear, on the door panels and shift knob. The engine power was not increased and there are large variations in appearance than the Maserati Quattroporte.
The engine under the hood of this car is the same 4.7 V8 from 433 hp in the traditional model. The main distinguishing feature is the MC Sports Line badge on the axle, to show that it is not any one Quattroporte: Maserati is one who, while maintaining the characteristics of luxury and comfort, it shows a more sporty.
To complete the upgrade of the interior there are also paddle on the steering wheel, more carbon fiber, while the brake pedal has a flashy red MC logo.
These stylistic variations are not designed to make the car go faster: 433 hp are in fact more than enough for most customers Maserati. The aim is to give the particular look inside of the car a more dynamic and sporty compared to the classic wooden decor that finishing touch to the traditional version of the Quattroporte.
