Mazda has released the first official pictures of the new BT-50 pick-up, the second half of the joint project was developed jointly by Mazda and Ford. Ranger and BT-50 in fact divide the entire mechanical sector and 2.2 diesel engine with common-rail technology (155 hp and 375 Nm), while the body conforms with the requirements imposed by their family-feeling. The BT-50 benefits from such well known lines of “Nagare”, featuring almond-shaped headlights and bulging wheel arches. Also interesting is the attempt to customize the flap with clusters sought. To the Japanese designers must therefore credited with having introduced a pleasure unknown within a segment that has not yet shown any particular links with the design.
