Malaguti Phantom F12 R

At sessantasettesima edition of the Milan International Motorcycle Exhibition (EICMA 2009) brings the Malaguti Phantom F12 R, entry level scooter from the huge success of the Italian. At Milan salon Malaguti Phantom F12 R presented in an unusual yellow color, which gives greater emphasis to the sporting character of fifty Italian.

The chassis is made from steel tubing frame with variable section of the front fork 30mm hydraulic telescopic fork, adjustable hydraulic shock absorber and coil spring with variable pitch.

The Phantom F12 R comes with thirteen-inch alloy wheels on 130/60 tires which are mounted to both the front and the rear for the version “air cooled”, while for the “liquid cooled”, we have 130 / 60 for the front and 140/60 for the rear.

Both versions are equipped with the new sport muffler and reversed that delivers more brilliant than the version percedente.

The braking system consists of a 190 mm petal disc with hydraulic transmission for both versions, while the rear differential, a 110 mm drum with mechanical transmission for “air cooled”, while for the most powerful “liquid cooled “we also behind a 190 mm petal disc with hydraulic transmission.

Both versions are equipped with an analog-digital instruments in aircraft-style, which includes the main indications of odometer, speedometer, tachometer and gauge of liquids.
