KTM 690 Duke R

KTM presents edition of the Milan International Motorcycle Exhibition (EICMA 2009) the Duke 690 R of a single-cylinder naked house of Austria. The KTM 690 Duke R is different from the normal version for a spicier and special motor racing. The R version is characterized by a more aggressive look with the front fork and rear fork blacks, contrary to the chassis in orange, white side panels with special blacks and orange on which stands the inscription Duke R and front fender in carbon fiber.

The KTM 690 Duke R has a single cylinder 690cc engine, is capable of delivering a maximum output of 70 hp at 7,500 rpm and maximum torque of 70 Nm at 5,500 rpm.

The chassis is made from chrome-moly frame (powder coated), branded by the WP front suspension with 48 mm upside-down and the back is WP monoshock with pro-lever, both fully adjustable.

The braking system is characterized by a 320 mm front discs with Brembo radial calipers and 240 mm rear disc with single piston caliper.

The Duke 690 R is equipped with alloy wheels with five spokes of Marchesini, seventeen-inch tires that fit a 120/70 front and 160/60 rear.
