Shelby presented during the three days of madness of the Sema, an elaboration on a Ford F-150, equipped with the same 5.4-liter V8 engine already under the hood of the Mustang Super Snake. The pick-up, still in prototype form, the power is “limited” to 475 horses. The preparer then worked on the braking system, brake discs with six-piston, and set-up, reducing the suspension height of 76mm. The kit also includes the inevitable sequence of cosmetic changes – carbon splitter, front washing more than one slice of Swiss cheese, logos scattered every where – sealed by 22-inch alloy wheels. All this effort aimed at a model out of the list – the eleventh generation of ‘F-150 was produced from 2004 to 2008 – already replaced by the new model.
