Ducati 999 Testastretta Beach Racer

Haldane Motorcycles, Ducati dealer of New Zealand coach and special motion that are based upon the same red Ducati, has prepared an off-road motorcycles from a Ducati 999 in 2003.This bike has some special modifications of respect: first, the fairing has been completely eliminated and the relief and the rear wheel are new, with the latter prepared in such a way to mount a tire having a section diameter of 150 and of 17 inches.

The new Ducati 999 Testastretta Beach Racer is also equipped with side protection plates, triple-handlebar that comes directly from motocross and rapid control of gas. The New Zealanders have had to also change the electronic control unit (ECU) of the Nemesis with its wiring, the ECU is now placed before and is completely waterproof as you would expect for a bike designed to off road.

The bike, which can (according to Haldane Motorcycles) to reach 200 km / h on sandy soil, is on sale at a price of $ 12,000.
