McLaren will produce 25 new units of the SLR coupe, called SLR Edition and characterized by a new aerodynamics: the front air inlets has a lower profile and more pronounced, while side air vents have a new rounded shape. Unpublished also the extractor and the rear bumper.
This special version, which comes one year after the official end of production of the SLR, also proposes new regulations buoyancy, while the 5.4-liter supercharged V8 has not undergone any changes. The car was unveiled a bit ‘on the sly at the show in Essen and do not yet know the price list: in the absence of an official of the parent expect further details to confirm the information gathered so far.
