Volkswagen has just launched the new Transporter Rockton, the last to arrive at the great family of Volkswagen vans. As its name and appearance suggest, the Rockton is the most robust standard Transporter is increased off-road ability. It is based on the recently facelifted version of the Kombi and comes equipped with a drive system Haldex four-wheel drive with locking rear axle differential standard.
To improve off-road handling, the engineers at Volkswagen have reinforced the suspension and damping while increasing the height of the body relative to the ground in 30 mm. Basically this is all the difference in the standard version
